2000 Honda Civic sedan

Original owner, I bought the car in 2000 with 17km on the odometer?. this car has been very well taken care of and never abused.

Stored in heated garage most of its life and all winters (except February and march of this year due to loss of winter vehicle). Thanks to this, the car has basically no rust, no body fill, and is like new underneath.

Original engine was swapped for an OBDI JDM H22 which was ordered in from japan. The swap was done approx 5 years ago and has worked like a champ with no issues.

MVI done in February 2011, it passed with no problems like always.

227,000 km on chassis, under 80,000 on motor.

Performance:

-OBDI JDM H[removed phone]+ HP 2.2L DOHC V-Tec prelude motor)
-Custom wiring harness
-All belts replaced at time of swap (including timing belt), as well as OEM Honda water pump,
-Exedy clutch and resurfaced flywheel
-Hasport H22/EK motor mounts
-Gator Racing Stage 2 H22/EK racing axles (rated for 350hp)
-AEM Hybrid H22/EK cold air intake
-Full 2.25 inch Magnaflow exhaust (including his flow cat and resonator)
This is a very clean swap and even uses the factory harness clips, etc in the engine bay.

Wheels:

-15 inch Rota Slipstreams (black)

Cosmetic:

-Black housing headlights
-Factory Honda fog lights with amber bulbs
-Door mouldings, side skirts color matched.
-SiR front lip color matched.
-Color matched mirrors.
-Tint on rear windows.

Audio:

-Pioneer MP3/USB CD player
-Wired for amp and sub


Currently throwing a CEL (check engine light) for the speed sensor. This was investigated and it has been determined that the gear which spins the speed sensor needs to be replaced inside the transmission. As a result of this, the speedometer does not work.

I do not have the time or the funds to deal with this right now as we are in the process of buying a house so i would like to sell the car as is.

I am reducing the price to $4600 firm...but may consider a trade/partial for a 4 door, automatic honda or acura (preferrably an accord)
